Join Chef Tara Humphrey of the Global Peel as she explores culture through cooking. Investigate bao, gyoza, gnocchi, samosa, empanadas and more with your young partner. We will make the dough, fillings and discover different cooking techniques. Learn history, eat lunch and share our common store with your fellow students in the Cheney kitchen and dining room.
